Eugene's home was perfect for big families or in our case multiple families. The pool in the association is great for little kids. The space in the house was great where the kids can play on one floor while the adults stayed upstairs. The floors were dirty where we needed to wash our kids feet before bed. He was responsive and had someone come mop the next day but maybe we were just all use to not wearing shoes in the house vs previous guests. Houses slippers are needed. We did have a fight with Mother Nature and lost power. We left a day early unfortunately but Eugene was very responsive during the outage and we were refunded a night. Otherwise I think we would have had a wonderful 4th of July getaway.
Eugene was an excellent host. He communicated very well and offered us a house where 16 friends made incredible memories. The outdoor space was very nice. The walk down to the creek was a bit rocky, but nothing too crazy for any adult. I'd stay here again!
Great place! Would highly recommend staying here. Airbnb was massive, great amenities as well. Eugene was very communicative and helpful.
