Modern Creek-front, Hot Tub, Volleyball court

This place should amazing if you're a group of 12, but it's posted for 16+. There are not enough cookware, plates, silverware, or coffee mugs to have more than about 10 people without needing to use paper and plastic for every meal. There also aren't enough dining chairs for more than 12, so you can't gather for large meals. Maybe that's solved in the summer when you can use the exterior tables. There were a couple surprising rules where you have to provide your own trash bags, and the only way to throw things away at the end of the stay is to take all the bags in your car about 5 minutes away to the neighborhood trash station. There aren't even bins near the house to store it for the few days as it piles up during your stay, so you have to either take it every day or have it in the garage which is also the pool table/ping pong area. We also ran out of toilet paper that was provided because each restroom only had one roll provided for a four day stay.

We had a large group staying for 5 days. plenty of room for all of us. Was very clean and the host had excellent communication! Only a short drive to local stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and house! Easy to get into town and close to ski! House was perfectly set up, spacious, and Eugene was a great host!
