adults and 7 kids. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The indoor pool was the highlight of the trip and kept both the kids and adults entertained.
Very easy to communicate and had a great time
Eugene was very responsive. We had a very strange issue with the pool and he sent someone right out to deal with it. The kids LOVED the pool even when it was cold due to the “fix” - but overall they got A LOT of use out of it and LOVED it. It’s a beautiful property with everything anyone could need. We had a crew of 13 people (7 adults, 6 children under 8 yo and a dog) and we never felt cramped or crowded. My 2 yo grandson mixed one of the TV remotes into the “toy bag” when packing his things and Eugene was very understanding. Of course, we returned it by mail, but again, he was very understanding and I appreciate that. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Great host!
