Eugene’s property was exactly as described! The house accommodated our group perfectly and the open layout was great for our group of 12. There is plenty to do at the house and the kitchen and dining area offers great space for hosting - you truly don’t need to leave! The check-in process is slightly complicated but Eugene was extremely responsive and helpful and made our trip a breeze!
We had a great stay at this home! It was very spacious, with 6 bedrooms, plenty of beds, and most importantly enough space for 12 people to comfortably spread out. We really appreciated the large kitchen where multiple people could cook at once, and especially the double dining room table with enough seats for everyone. The lake, hot tub, and game room downstairs were great bonuses as well! Some of the furnishings/textiles felt a little sparse (could use new towels, throw pillows and blankets, better boating equipment) but those items can be easily updated. Overall we truly had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this home to others.
Host was responsive and helpful. House is not as secluded as the photos make it seem - neighbors are very close. Instructions for check in could be updated to be more clear. Otherwise house was tidy and had all the necessities.
